Our Mission
Our mission is to spread FIRST’s message. We inspire interest in science and
technology by participating in FIRST’s Robotic competition and various community
events. Each year we work to involve the student boy and inspire younger students to
be involved. We are a tightly bonded group of students who dedicate themselves to
science, technology and the act of gracious professionalism.
We are a very hard working team with remarkable amount of determination to get any
job done in a safe and timely manner. With limited resources in our current situation,
we have managed to maintain our efforts to complete our work.
While important, building a robot is not our team’s number one objective. The most
important part of our team is gaining skills one can use as a young engineer to work
together through conflicts that arise throughout the 6 week build season.
We have a commitment to other teams as well, as we are part of FIRST Force, an
organization where local mid-valley teams work together cooperatively.
